Customer experience journey workshoP

Happy customers are your best marketing!
On Saturday 7 April, we'll be running a workshop to help you map the
experience you want your customers to have; from their first contact with
your business right through to them paying their final bill. You'll identify
everything your business needs to do to make their experience amazing
and create an action plan to make it happen!
This process works for any kind of business and any size of business.
Book online
Book online at Confluence.kiwi which is where the workshop will take place.
