Melita has decades of experience as an instructional designer, trainer and educator. The reward of facilitating learning, combined with a steadfast belief that humanity on the whole, and local communities in day to day practice, have the innate ability to seek and implement positive changes. These are two lifelong motivations that Melita draws upon to continue her adventure in the world of adult learning and community development.

Kevin has gained an eclectic, and somewhat unique, professional background that has equipped him with a juxtaposition of skills and experience between the purely creative and stoically procedural.
The challenge and reward of discovering innovative solutions to problems, drawing upon a range of resources and experiences, are a frequent motivation. Combined with a belief that everyone is capable of experiencing and sharing amazing stories. Kevin is our Creative Director at Double Farley. |
