We take every possible precaution to ensure any personal information is stored securely.  We use the following providers in the process of collecting any personal information, or conducting our business, and have carefully considered their approach to privacy and security before using them.

• Social media: due to ongoing and unavoidable conflict between our values and various current social media company values, we currently choose not to use any social media platforms.

Principle 6: Access to personal information
You may contact us at any time to check whether we hold any information about you.  We will comply with your request within 5 working days.

Principle 7: Correction of personal information
You may ask that we correct or delete any personal information we hold about you.  We will comply with your request within 5 working days.

Principle 8: Accuracy of personal information to be checked before use
We only collect personal information directly from you.  If the information you supply proves to be incorrect (e.g. we cannot contact you using the information you provided) we will delete your information.

Principle 9: Personal information is not to be kept for longer than necessary
We will always make it clear to you why personal information is being collected and how long information will be retained. 

Principle 10: Limits on use of personal information
We will always make it clear why personal information is being collected.  Your information will not be used for any other purpose.

Principle 11: Limits on disclosure of personal information
Your personal information will never be disclosed to a third party unless you specifically authorise it.  In this case we will contact you directly and provide details about how the third party proposes to use the information, and provide contact details for the third party.

Principle 12: Unique identifiers
We will not collect unique identification information.
