Melita Farley is the Learning Director at Double Farley Creative Partners. She’s a seasoned training expert with over 25 years of experience in developing people and delivering results. Melita has trained hundreds of workplace trainers across New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific. She has also crafted online, face-to-face and blended training for a wide range of industries.

She holds a B.A. in Politics and Linguistics, a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, a Post-Graduate Certificate in Digital and Collaborative Learning, and is currently completing a Master of Information Studies.
