    ​ Please read, fill iN this ONLINE Release Agreement.

    RELEASE AGREEMENT

    ​This is a digital agreement between you and Double Farley Creative Partners ("producer") of a documentary or other creative project ("production") that you currently know as:

    1 - WHAT IS A RELEASE AGREEMENT? ("TERMS")

    • You understand that when signed this form releases the producer to use what they intend to or have filmed or recorded of you ("released material") in connection with their production named above, and/or any related or subsequent productions.
    • You also understand that if you supplied, agree to supply, or had featured anything that you hold the exclusive rights for such as but not limited to personal photographs, or other creative content like music, hereby collectively known as ("Content"), and where for the avoidance of any doubt is also described below, that you grant the producers a licence to directly or indirectly copy, publish, publicly display and perform, transmit, broadcast, telecast and distribute Content world-wide and by any means now known or hereafter devised.
    • This Release Agreement and any granted Licenced Content is to be considered non-exclusive, worldwide, with perpetual rights, and is enforceable under New Zealand and applicable international law.

    2 - LICENCED CONTENT (if any)

    You can only give your release for content that you own exclusive rights to, If in doubt please describe the content and the production team will follow-up.

    3 - YOUR DETAILS

    Submitting your Release Agreement

    ​By clicking or tapping on submit with a correctly completed Release Agreement you agree to all the terms it contains. We recommend you print or take a screenshot of this Release Agreement for your own records. If you have provided an email then we will also email you a copy upon receipt for your own records. 
    • Note as far as applicable via New Zealand law the producers will use your provided name and other automatically provided system details such as date, IP (Internet Protocol) Address, CAPTCHA, and other details to link this form to you.  
    • If you do not agree to this, or prefer to provide your Release Form to the producers using an alternative method then please download a PDF form enabled copy using the link at the top of this page.
    • In some circumstances the producers may also send you a PDF copy for completion.
