Double Farley is a company created from collaborative partnerships in professional life. The founding partners, Melita & Kevin, combined their experience, skills, and values together  in 2010 to establish the core of Double Farley Ltd. They are co-directors and core salaried staff of the company.

The directors believe a company should not only seek and achieve results aligned to its own values, but also look at the reflection of how these same values are upheld in the mirror of the wider professional, and local supportive, communities the company exists within and is dependant upon.

By working collaboratively with carefully selected clients, partners, and wider communities, Double Farley has established a consistent record for delivering on projects in a highly innovative, bespoke, affordable, and quality driven way.

For more than a decade now, our clients have included New Zealand and international governments, councils, NGO's, charities, universities, polytechnics, and a diverse range of industries including public services, commercial services, film companies and entertainment organisations.

Every client, of all sizes of projects from a quick phone call to a multi-year regime change, is delivered for but also cherished for how they also become part of Double Farley's story.

OUR PROJECTS
Our projects include building entire adult learning experiences, producing documentary films for festival cinema and online audiences, and facilitating organisational and community development activities.

Double Farley remain humbled to have been formally rewarded by the communities they work for, support, and live within. But more importantly the reward of being a small part of something greater than the sum of themselves. To work in new ways, everyday.

MELITA FARLEY
Melita has decades of experience as an instructional designer, trainer and educator. The reward of facilitating learning, combined with a steadfast belief that humanity on the whole, and local communities in day to day practice, have the innate ability to seek and implement positive changes. These are two lifelong motivations that Melita draws upon to continue her adventure in the world of adult learning and community development.

KEVIN DOUBLE
Kevin has gained an eclectic, and somewhat unique, professional background that has equipped him with a juxtaposition of skills and experience between the purely creative and stoically procedural.
The challenge and reward of discovering innovative solutions to problems, drawing upon a range of resources and experiences, are a frequent motivation. Combined with a belief that everyone is capable of experiencing and sharing amazing stories.
