AI (Artificial INTELLIGENCE) Policy

1.0 Double Farley maintains an updated overview of emerging and current AI technologies, however we choose to only use specific tools that meet: and only where they compliment our existing processes by using the following:
  • 1.2 Written:
    • Comprehension checking via grammary.com
    • Confirming references using Google's NoteBookLM
  • 1.3 Audio visual:
    • Audio transcription using Blackmagic Design's DaVinci Resolve Studio
    • Noise reduction of photography via Adobe's LightRoom
2.0 While company and client data may be shared when using any of the above applications, it is not the aim of using them, and will either be anonymous and/or temporary storage only will be used.

3.0 Furthermore, If any tools or applications are no longer used by us, or when they cease to be used by us for a client, then we will either request any accounts we held are deleted, and/or any associated data is deleted.

4.0 This policy is under regular review as applications and technology connected to or using AI models such as language or visual, and the companies providing them continue to evolve.
